For the replacement of Cedar Shake Fascia and Gutters on the Jr/Sr High School located at 130 6th St in Potlatch, Idaho. The overall goal is to complete the project that began in the Summer of 2021. This includes removing ineffective/rusted gutters, and deteriorating/moss-covered cedar shake fascia, with new gutters and fascia. Proposals should include the cost of materials, demolition and removal of existing materials, installation, labor, and any structural issues that may need to be addressed. In addition, references and qualifications for the work should be provided.
