Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23-5, notice is hereby given that the Fall Creek Regional Waste District, Pendleton, Indiana (the District) will receive sealed proposals and statements of qualifications (PSOQs) to develop, construct, operate, and transfer the replacement of equipment for Primary Clarifiers Nos. 1 & 3 (the Project) Selection of a qualified operator (Operator) is anticipated to be finalized on or about May 15,2025. The District hereby requests PSOQs from Operators to provide all construction services, design review and value engineering assistance, site work, labor, and material to develop and construct the Project. The Work to be performed under this Agreement consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to properly remove and dispose of existing primary clarifier equipment in Primary Clarifiers Nos. 1 & 3 and install new primary clarifier equipment procured by FCRWD in accordance with drawings and specifications. Also included in the work is the interior concrete coating of Primary Clarifier No. 1. The FCRWD is currently undergoing a similar project for the installation of new primarily clarifier equipment in Primary Clarifier No. 2. The sequence of the work must follow substantial completion of the Primary Clarifier No. 2 work already in progress, with installation of Primary Clarifier No. 3 equipment first followed by Primary Clarifier No. 1 equipment second. This notice includes a summary of the RFPQ. However, potential Operators should obtain the complete RFPQ guidelines by contacting Vee Carter by email, vcarter@grwinc.com . At the District's discretion, to further assist in evaluation, some, one, or all responding Operators may be requested to participate in discussions or negotiations. At the District's discretion, the District may directly negotiate with any Operator on specifications, price, or any other aspect of the PSOQ. The FCRWD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or to waive any informalities herein.
