Site work for a power facility in Pendleton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The work consists of the design of substation steel structures, structure foundations, and substation ground grid; providing all materials for the substation structures and ground grid; and providing all station insulators, switches, and bus work, all as specified in accordance with the bidding documents and specifications. Proposals must be executed on a standard proposal form obtainable from IMPA Service Corp., Inc., and include a fully executed Supplier's Bid for Public Work- State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013), an up-to-date financial statement, and a non-collusion affidavit. Each proposal must also be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Town of Pendleton, or an acceptable bidder's bond from a qualified surety company, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within 30 days following the date set for receiving proposals. The Town of Pendleton reserves the right to waive informalities, award the contract to any bidder to the advantage of the Town, or reject any and all proposals as set forth in the bidding documents and specifications.
