Site work for a power facility in Pendleton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade power facility.
Furnishing DDP Destination to the Pendleton Hammond Substation site of two (2) new 15 kV Outdoor Reclosers rated 1200 continuous amps, four (4) new 15 kV Outdoor Reclosers rated 600 continuous amps, and providing miscellaneous materials as specified in accordance with bidding documents and specifications. Proposals must be properly and completely executed on the standard proposal form obtainable from IMPA Service Corp., Inc., accompanied by a fully executed Suppliers Bid for Public Work State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013), an up-to-date financial statement, and non-collusion affidavit as required by Indiana statutes. Each proposal must include a certified check payable to Town of Pendleton, or an acceptable bidder's bond from an incorporated surety company qualified in Indiana, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within 30 days. The Town of Pendleton reserves the right to waive informalities, award the contract to any bidder or bidders, or reject any or all proposals.
