This is the final bid for the Caney Creek Transportation Center Phase 02. Brookstone is the Construction Manager for this project. This project includes work at two different sites: Caney Creek Transportation Center and North Transportation Center. Construction will occur simultaneously, and construction is expected to start in May 2025. The project includes 14,796 SF of additions to the west and east sides of the Caney Creek Transportation Center. These single-story pre-engineered metal building expansions will extend the lobby and bullpen areas and add spaces such as offices, conference rooms, storage areas and shop bays. Work at the North Transportation Center includes the renovation of a portion of the existing parking lot.
