The City of Orinda ("Orinda" or "City") is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services for various buildings/facilities in Orinda, California from July 1 st, 2025 through July 1 st 2026 with options to extend through annually up to three yearly terms. This Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials and services as set forth in the Scope of Services section of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Copies of the RFP documents may be obtained from the City of Orinda Public Works Department at the address listed below. Submittals shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Exhibit A. This will be a lump sum annual proposal to be split into 12 monthly payments. All submittals will be in accordance with California Prevailing Wage fixed requirements. Submittals must include references included in the Proposal Form. Submission of a Proposal shall constitute a firm offer to the City. The City will evaluate proposals for completeness and will check references to determine if the firm is responsive and responsible. The firm with the lowest monthly price will be recommended to the City Council. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Contract shall be per attached sample contract.
