Outdoor Lighting Controls Upgrade at Robert Anderson Middle Location: Robert Anderson Middle School Outdoor Lighting Controls Upgrade at Robert Anderson Middle to Include: Main PNL (ILM-3011-BN0) Sub PNL (PDR131855-ILM-3010-BN0) 1 BTN Switch (FDW-1TLB-W) Scene Switch (FDW-4TSB-W) Cable (500' roll of LCCP Cable (to network panels together) BMS Access (FPA-W44-1757) Daylight (OCS-D-P06) Software Commissioning Description: Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor for Outdoor Lighting Controls Upgrade at Robert Anderson Middle School. NUMBER OF COPIES TO BE SUBMITTED: One (1) copy + One (1) redacted copy (if vendor deems necessary) Your offer must be submitted in a sealed package or via email based on the solicitation's Instructions with the Solicitation Number & Opening Date appearing on package exterior or in the subject line. The District reserves the right to select and award on an individual item basis, lot (group) basis or an "all or none" basis, whichever the District determines to be most advantageous. Therefore, individual prices per item must be indicated on the response form. Responders are encouraged to offer discounts for consideration of consolidated award. Furthermore, the District, in determining the lowest responsible Responder on each of the items shall consider, in addition to the Bid price, conformity to specifications, delivery, the District's opinion relative to the quality of materials/services being offered, training, suitability and adaptability of the services required by this solicitation. The District reserves the right to reject or accept any or all responses and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities thereof. In the event that identical responses are received on like items, the Director of Purchasing shall award responses in accordance with the District's Procurement Code. The District reserves the right to reject any bid that contains prices for individual items or services that are unreasonable when compared to the same or other bids if such action is in the best interest of the District. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 All questions should be emailed to the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse Services to scottorr@Anderson5.net (a) Any prospective Offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing. The Procurement Official must receive questions no later than five (5) days prior to opening unless otherwise stated on the Cover Page. Oral explanations or instructions will not be binding. Any information given a prospective Offeror concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective Offerors as an Addendum if that information is deemed necessary for submitting offers or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective Offerors. (b) The District seeks to permit maximum practicable competition. Offerors are urged to advise the Procurement Official, as soon as possible, regarding any aspect of this procurement, including any aspect of the Solicitation that unnecessarily or inappropriately limits full and open competition.
