Number: KRG20 (3495) Reference number: 20059074 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-04-07 The Kativik Regional Administration is launching a project to renovate an existing building that currently serves as a municipal office for the Nordic Village of Quaqtaq. New asphalt shingles on the roof, new membrane and flashing. Added roof fan and ventilation grilles. Stripping the walls from the outside to replace the existing wood siding and replace it with a metal coating with new air barrier and metallic furs. Replacement of all existing windows and exterior doors. Repair of interior damage caused by water seepage around windows. Replacement of suspended ceilings in some rooms or water infiltration caused damage. Replacement of existing external oil tank and bracket/staircase. Cleaning of ventilation ducts in the technical vacuum by a specialized company.
