The networks to be inspected are as follows: Approximately 1,598 linear metres of secondary pipes with a diameter of 300 mm, mainly concrete and asbestos cement (23 sections); Approximately 57 linear metres of secondary concrete and asbestos cement pipes (1 section) with a diameter of 375 mm; Approximately 75 linear meters of primary pipes with a diameter of 450 mm, made of reinforced concrete (1 section); Approximately 194 linear meters of primary pipes with a diameter of 600 mm, made of reinforced concrete (2 sections); All this, for a total of about 1924 linear meters spread over about 27 sections. The contractual deadline for completion of the work will be eight (8) consecutive weeks from the order to start the work. The successful bidder must commence work no later than seven (7) calendar days after written order to commence work, at the beginning of August 2025. Prior to the start of the work, the contractor must submit a detailed completion schedule to the city that meets the contractual deadlines. Unless specifically authorized by the supervisor, work must be performed during normal working hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any bid must include a bid deposit of 10% of the total bid amount, valid 90 days after the bidding opens; and a letter of commitment or intent for the supply to the city, a performance bond and an obligation for the payment of labour, materials and services; each with a value of 50% of the total amount of the bid, and valid for the entire duration of the contract.
