Site work for a mixed-use development in Kirkland, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Construction work for the covering a retention basin located on Chemin Sainte-Marie and development of recreational infrastructure in the adjacent Des Bénévoles Park. The work will be completed on the site located between Sainte-Marie Road, Saint-Jean Street and Elkas Boulevard. TIMELINE: The awarded professional consultant has submitted to the owner a prepared feasibility study and documents with established project concept. Submitted documents are under review. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling and according to the available funding design of the project will not begin before 2027, construction being anticipated in 2028. Project will be followed when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
