The work to be carried out is: removal of existing paving, shaping of infrastructure, bituminous coating and all related work. - Excavation and disposal of existing pavement 26,910 m2 - Asphalt mix ESG-10 PG 58S-28 (Surface course) 1,350 m2 - Asphalt mix ESG-14 PG 64H-28 (Base course) 26,910 m2 - Construction of concrete slab 5ft x 8ft (150mm thick) 1 unit - Parking lot markings Work may begin 7 days after contract award or no later than August 5, 2025. The successful der will have a period of 2 weeks or 14 consecutive calendar days to begin and complete the work of repairing the parking lot and constructing a concrete slab and other related tasks.
