The term of this contract is 12 months, from 12 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, with four possible renewal options for the same services. Any bid that does not include the following documents will be deemed non-compliant and automatically rejected: A bid deposit equivalent to ten per cent (10%) of the total bid amount, in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft issued by a financial institution and payable to the Town of Kirkland; OR A bid bond equal to ten per cent (10%) of the total bid amount issued by an insurance company doing business in Quebec, valid for ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids.
