Water main work: Structural lining of water mains: 1,600 linear metres. Replacement of stop valves: 11 units. Replacement of fire hydrants: 9 units. A tender bond equal to 10% of the total tender amount (including taxes) is required for this tender; . A performance bond and a bond for the payment of labour, materials and services, each in the amount of fifty per cent (50%) of the total bid amount in favour of the City of Kirkland, valid for the entire initial term of the contract. Work must commence no later than 5 May 2026 and must continue without interruption until completion.
