This work also includes the replacement of four catch basins, levelling work, the laying of asphalt surfacing, and related works as defined in the tender documents. The successful tenderer undertakes to provide the labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to carry out the works described in accordance with recognized professional methods and the specifications set out in the tender documents. A tender bond equal to ten per cent (10%) of the total tender amount, including tax, is required for this tender. Performance and bond guarantees (for the payment of labor, materials and services) are also required, each amounting to fifty per cent (50%) of the total tender amount including tax; these are in favor of the City and valid for the entire duration of the contract
