The contractor undertakes to provide all the labour, tools and equipment required to carry out the work. Following the City's inspection of the sewer line, a copy of the camera inspection will be provided to the contractor. The addresses will be forwarded to the contractor with the order of priority, if applicable. The present contract is for 12 months and runs from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027, and includes four possible renewal options for the same services starting from June 1, 2027. A tender guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total amount (with taxes) of the tender is required under this call for tenders; A performance bond and a bond for obligations for the payment of labour, materials and services, each worth fifty percent (50%) of the total amount (with taxes) of the tender in favour of the Town of Kirkland and this, valid for the entire initial duration of the contract.
