The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Phase I & Phase II Design, I-40 Geometric Corrections MP 138.5 – 145.5. The selected Offeror shall perform the services as specified in Appendix A, Project Introduction and Scope of Work. Project numbers shown throughout this Request for Proposals (RFP) are subject to change throughout the life of the project. Potential Offerors must email or send by registered or certified mail the "Acknowledgement of Receipt Form" that accompanies this document to have their organization placed on the procurement distribution list. (See Appendix C.) The form must be signed by an authorized representative of the organization, dated, and returned by the close of business on December 15, 2025. Written responses to written questions and any RFP amendments will be distributed on December 19, 2025 to all potential Offerors whose organization name appears on the procurement distribution list.
