WA-2025-28, LNVS0265870 Scope of Work: Remove lead-containing paint from retaining walls. Prep and clean the wall surface, patch any damaged areas and seal retaining wall as per drawing and specifications. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS.
