Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Contractor shall furnish all work, labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control operations, transportation, supervision, appliances, appurtenances, and incidentals required for the prompt and efficient completion of the project described as the replacement of fencing and a gate that was burned and damaged in the Davis Fire. Trees that have burned and pose a risk to falling and damaging TMWA facilities to be cut down, removed, and chipped on site, ("Project") as described in the Contract Documents and in accordance with the contract provisions, Plans, and Specifications, together with all work incidental or reasonably inferable which is necessary to produce the results intended by the Contract Documents (collectively, the "Work"). Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Work, including the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures utilized, unless the Contract Documents specifically provide otherwise. The Contractor represents and warrants that it has fully investigated the nature, locality and site of the Work and the conditions and difficulties under which it is to be performed, and that it enters into this Agreement on the basis of its own examination, investigation, and evaluation of all such matters and is in no way relying upon any opinions or representations of the Owner, or any of their respective officers, agents, servants, or employees with respect thereto. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the replacement of fencing and a gate that was burned and damaged in the Davis Fire. Trees that have burned and pose a risk to falling and damaging TMWA facilities to be cut down, removed, and chipped on site. All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $228,528 - $279,312 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
