Summary: To ensure the continued safety, efficiency, and reliability of vertical transportation across campus, Virginia Tech seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the maintenance, modernization, and potential replacement of elevators. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency repair services, compliance with state and federal safety regulations, and recommendations for system improvements.
