The project is generally described as: removal of existing roof system and removal and storage of pavers (+/- 2,500 SF) and the installation of a new flexible sheet membrane (fully adhered EPDM) roof system complete with new insulation, flashing, and other accessories, reinstallation of existing pavers, including all associated work required for this project.
