Renovation of an educational facility in Dallas Center, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2025 Building Envelope Improvements Project Bidders will be required to provide a security deposit in the form of an approved Bid Bond, of five percent (5%) of the base bid, including alternates, in a separate attached envelope. Bid security shall be made payable to the Treasurer of the Dallas Center-Grimes Community School District. Performance Bond and Labor, Material and Payment Bond will be required by the successful bidder in the full amount of the contract. The anticipated construction schedule is between May 23, 2025 - August 23, 2025 Questions regarding this bid should be directed to the Owner's Representative.
