City Hall and Police Department Roof Replacement A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project Upon consideration of the qualifications submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder's ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid. During the period between the Notice to Bidders, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent's Proposal submittal. Bidder shall submit a Security Deposit with its sealed bid, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) as either Certified Check or Cashiers Check Question Deadline: March 27, 2025, at 5 p.m. Project involves an overlay.
