The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals for: High pressure water blasting services for removing aircraft tire rubber and paint from runways, reapplying paint after removal, and performing crack sealing. Pre-Bid Meeting No Question Deadline 04/22/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Services of an interpreter and additional accommodations can be made available. Requests for accommodations should be made at least five working days but no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting/event. The City of Fresno reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
