The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Improving the security fence by installing the following items at the designated locations: 10 -6manual steel roll gate at all three pump stations 144, 165 and 174, 4-6 steel topper at pump station 144, 10-6 steel fence at pump stations 165 and 174. License Requirements Valid Class A Contractors License issued by the State of California Liquidated Damages $500 per day for each calendar day. Project Duration 60 Working Days from Notice to Proceed Date All proposals must be made on the Bid Proposal Form provided by the Purchasing Manager. A Bid Deposit, which can be provided separately, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Net Bid Amount (or, in bids with Add Alternates, the highest possible combination of the Base Bid plus Add Alternates) in the form of a certified or cashiers check A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work.
