The Project Can Generally Be Described as: Sfb, a Growing Small Hub Airport, Seeks to Replace Its Four (4) Existing Daktronics Gp4-180x180-20-sf Arrival/departure Overhead Digital Signs With a New, High-performance Outdoor Digital Signage Solution. This Solution Will Include the Displays, Supporting Hardware, and a Robust Digital Signage Content Management System (Dscms). Future Phase 2 Expansion Will Integrate With the Dscms Implemented in Phase 1, Including the Addition of New Signage and Replacement of Existing Static Signage. The Sanford Airport Authority (Owner) will replace four (4) existing Daktronics GP4-180x180-20-SF overhead digital arrival/departure signs at Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) with a turnkey, operational, high-performance outdoor digital signage system that meets all requirements outlined in the Attachment C - Technical Specifications Minimum Requirements. The selected vendor shall provide a complete solution, including but not limited to: 1. Design & Engineering o Provide a digital signage system that meets or exceeds the performance capabilities of the existing units while adhering to all dimensional and structural constraints. o If structural modifications are necessary, the vendor will be responsible for all associated engineering, permitting, and construction costs. 2. Procurement & Fabrication o Furnish all equipment, materials, and components compliant with the project's Technical Specifications, MUTCD, and NEMA requirements. o Ensure all components are new, durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. 3. Integration & Compatibility o Ensure seamless connectivity with the airport's existing information systems for real-time data, messaging, and content updates. o Provide a secure, cloud-based content management solution with remote scheduling and control capability o Ensure the system is fully operational and integrated into the airport's communication network before acceptance. 6. Training & Documentation o Provide comprehensive training for designated airport personnel on system operation, content management, and troubleshooting. o Furnish all operation manuals, warranty documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance recommendations. 7.
