**As of June 12, 2025, an award has not been made and bid results have not been made available. Additional information will be available late July 22, 2025.** Scope of Work: Seminole County Solid Waste Management Division (SWMD) is requesting a general contractor to expand the existing landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS) in Phase III Area at the Osceola Road Landfill. SCS Engineers has developed a system design including drawing and specifications to meet FDEP (Florida Department of Environmental Protection) requirements and guidelines. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the CC documents, including the attached Draft Agreement, shall be requested in writing, and received no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 23, 2025. Written requests shall be submitted via the COUNTY'S e-Procurement Platform. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the process. Bid Security shall be made payable to COUNTY, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid and in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of these Bid Documents.
