Zion Park ADA Improvements Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, or certified check or cashier's check, in favor of the County of Schuylkill in the amount of not less than ten percent. The work generally consists of site preparation and installation of a 5' asphalt access path (180 SY) and associated restoration of disturbed areas.
