Project Name: HAN - Liberty Benton SRTS PID: 122470 Project Description: Construction of approximately 2300' of concrete walk, curb ramps, drainage and pedestrian crossings. Engineer's Estimate: $430,771 Completion Date: August 22, 2025 DBE Goal: 6% On acceptance of this Proposal, I do hereby bind our company to enter into a written Contract with the Hancock County Commissioners, Findlay, Ohio within ten (10) days of the Notice of Award and to present a Surety Bond amounting to 100% of the Contract, naming the County as obligee. Proposals must be sealed and accompanied with a certified check or bid bond of ten (10%) percent of the bid in accordance with ORC 153.54 and/or ORC 153.571 and addressed to the Hancock County Commissioners, Findlay, Ohio. No provision for reimbursement of the bid bond to the successful bidder is provided for under the terms of this Contract.
