Site work for a water / sewer project in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the replacement of the gravity sanitary sewer in S. West Street between W. Lima and W. Lincoln Streets. The project will include but not be limited to 454 LF of 15-inch sanitary sewer and two sanitary manholes. Abandoning of the existing system, removal of manholes, grading & seeding, maintenance of traffic and asphalt pavement repair, as required, are also included. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received
