Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price from a Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as Surety. Should the total contract price be less than $25,000.00, no performance bond or payment bond will be required. The City of Aubrey reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the bids, the City of Aubrey reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable (or "unbalanced") unit prices will authorize the City of Aubrey to reject any bid. the construction of the Dane Street Improvements and the City Hall Parking Improvements projects that consist of, but is not limited to, approximately 2,104 square yards of 8-inch reinforced concrete pavement with 2,257 square yards of 6- inch thick flexible base, 1,496 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement with 1,620 square yards of compacted subgrade, reinforced concrete sidewalk, barrier free ramps, 218 L.F. of 18-inch R.C.P. storm sewer, recessed curb inlets, a 4x 4 drop inlet, 140 L.F. of slotted drain, and 91 L.F Questions Deadline: Tuesday, April 15, 2025
