Furnish and Deliver Miscellaneous Traffic Signal Equipment for the Monmouth County Division of Engineering and Traffic Safety. If the bid notice to this RFB indicates a bid guarantee is required, a bid guarantee shall accompany the bid in the amount of 10% of the bid but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) and may be supplied at the option of the bidder, by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or original Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company authorized to post such bonds in the State of New Jersey. This 10% guaranty is mandatory. If the bid notice to this RFB indicates a consent of surety is required, this bid must be accompanied by an original consent of surety in which the surety company agrees to post a Contract Bond for both (a) Performance and (b) Labor and Material Payment, equal to 100% of the contract amount if the contract is awarded to its principal. The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Bid date description: Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing.
