Renovation of a municipal facility in Temple City, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 18, 2025, bids received were rejected. Project will be rebid in July 2025.** The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Major work components include Turnkey Public Works Project which consists of submitting plans for Fire Department, and Building and Safety Department review and approval, removal and disposal of existing generator, and installation of new generator, as per Appendix B. All questions regarding this bid shall be directed via email, no later than 10 calendar days prior to the Bid due date and time, to Adam Talbot, Project Manager at pwbids.templecity@transtech.org. Any questions received after this deadline will not be answered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm transmission of correspondence. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of TEMPLE CITY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 60 calendar days. The successful Bidder is required to provide and pay for a performance and a payment bond. These bonds shall cover the faithful performance (100%) of the Contract for Construction and the payment of all obligations (100%) arising thereunder, in such form as the City may prescribe and with such sureties as they may approve.
