Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mackinaw City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes improvements at Old School Park including HMA parking, pavilion/restroom building, sanitary, water service, electrical service, concrete sidewalk, playground main structure and swing set with engineered wood safety surfacing, relocation of the existing excavator and bulldozer play equipment, sand play area, wayfinding signage, surface mounted seating, surface mounted trash and recycling receptacles, irrigation, tree planting, restoration, and all related work. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This project is funded through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation CDBG Grant program and relevant state, or federal requirements shall apply. Davis-Bacon Federal Wage rates are required. The Village of Mackinaw City reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Mackinaw City Question Deadline 04/21/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
