PROJECT A: City of Safety Harbor Pier Replacement, which include, but not limited to, in general the following work as set forth more fully in the scope of work and specifications in this solicitation: o Removal of existing timber pier structure All questions must be received by Monday, April 14, 2025, up to 3 PM. o Construction of new timber pier structure o Installation of pier lighting o Installation of fire protection stand pipe o Installation of appropriate erosion and sediment control devices, turbidity barriers, tree protection barricades, and temporary fencing. PROJECT B: City of Safety Harbor Marina Replacement, which includes, but not limited to, in general the following work as set forth more fully in the scope of work and specifications in this solicitation: o Removal of existing timber marina docks o Construction of new timber marina docks o Installation of electrical components o Installaion of fire protection and stand pipe o Installation of appropriate erosioin and sediment control devices, turbidity barriers, tree protection barricades, and temporary fencing. Offers shall remain firm for a period of 180 calendar days from the date specified in Block 7, above. The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers in its sole and absolute discretion.
