Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Safety Harbor, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Safety Harbor is requesting offers for the Capital Improvement Project, Seminole Park and Mapleway Water Main Replacement Project, which include, but not limited to, in general the following work as set forth more fully in the scope of work and specifications in this solicitation: Reference Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans: • Installation of 2-inch Certa-Lok Yelomine IPS PVC by open cut; • Installation of 2-inch Certa-Lok Yelomine IPS PVC by horizontal directional drill (HDD); • Installation of 4-inch C-900 PVC DR-18 water main by open cut; • Installation of 4-inch C-900/RJ PVC water main by horizontal directional drill (HDD); • Installation of 6-inch C-900 PVC DR-18 water main by open cut; • Installation of 6-inch Certa-Lok C-900/RJ PVC water main by horizontal directional drill (HDD); • Installation of locate stations; • Installation of service connections; • Installation of fire hydrant assemblies; • Abandonment of existing water main; • Grout filling of existing water mains; • Restoration of private property and City Right-of-Ways, included, but not limited to, landscaping, irrigation, curb, driveways, sidewalks and site restoration, and other miscellaneous restoration; • Installation of road base, asphalt pavement, and concrete sidewalk and curbing; • Maintenance of Traffic; • FDOT certified detour plan; • Pressure Testing, Disinfection, and Bacteriological Testing of the water mains; • Coordination with the City to obtain FDEP partial clearances and final clearance for the new water mains; • Connecting existing water main(s) and service piping to the new water main(s) and service laterals. • Sidewalk and concrete curb installation • ADA ramp installation Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to repond to this solicitation.
