Renovation of a municipal facility in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 161,969-square-foot municipal facility.
The work to be done consists primarily of furnishing all of the administration, labor, materials, tools, and incidentals required to complete the work in place for the removal & replacement of the existing roofing system at the Public Safety Building. All in accordance with contract documents enumerated in the contract and all incompliance with the relevant laws, building codes and regulations set by federal, state and local authorities.
