General Scope of the Project described as follows: Base Bid: removal of approximately 26,639 SF of existing glue down carpeting and associated items. Provide and install approximately 26,639 SF of new luxury vinyl flooring system and associated items. Additive Alternate #1: removal of approximately 8,604 SF of existing glue down carpeting and associated items. Provide and install approximately 8,604 SF of new luxury vinyl flooring system and associated items. The Contractor shall have a Diversity Participation goal of ten percent (10%) combined as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business, with Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVE) of three percent (3%) of awarded contract price for work to be performed.
