It is the Village's intent to contract concrete construction work consisting of removal and replacement of designated public sidewalk sections, new installation of public sidewalk, and the construction or replacement of curb and gutter, depressed curbs, and handicapped (ADA) access ramp installations, as well as resulting parkway restorations as required at various locations throughout the Village of Addison. Bid prices provided by bidder shall include a complete unit price for ALL work, materials, parts, labor, and/or misc. equipment not specifically mentioned to provide a complete "turn-key" project. Any and all additional work to provide a complete "turn-key" project will not be paid for separately, but will be considered incidental to the unit cost for various pay items. The term of contract shall be for one year, with the ability to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods, based on adequate performance and mutually agreed upon prices between the Village and Contractor.
