The goal of this project is to improve student drop-off/pick-up traffic flow, upgrade the stormwater drainage system, and restore the disturbed landscape around the modified site. The work includes but is not limited to: Scope of Work:- Demolition and Grading: Removal and grading of existing green space and asphalt pavement.- Site Clearing: Removal of existing trees, fencing, and asphalt pathways.- Asphalt Maintenance: Sealcoating and re-striping of the existing parking lot.- Paver & Stone Installation: Installation of permeable pavers and stone base for new drive and parking areas.- Concrete Work:- New walks and curbs along permeable areas- Concrete apron, curb, and sidewalk patch at Highview Ave.- Extension of apron and curb at Lincoln Ave.- Monolithic curb and sidewalk drop-off at Lincoln Ave. entrance- Stormwater Management:- 6" perforated HDPE underdrain beneath pavers- Solid HDPE storm piping below the existing lot to existing structure- Site Striping and Signage: Traffic markings and signage installation- Fencing: Vinyl-coated chain-link fencing at dumpster enclosure- Landscape Restoration: Topsoil, seed, and/or sod for all disturbed areas
