UMMARY OF WORK The Work may consist of the following: 1.2.1. Selective demolition and construction necessary for the Monte Vista Elementary School Portable Classroom Project, including associated civil, architectural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. 1.2.2. The Project will involve the "phasing" and barricading of work areas as indicated on the Plans and enumerated in these Specifications and per the Site Logistics / Phasing Plan issue in the Bid Documents. The district will provide the contractor with a phasing plan, including the school calendar, testing dates, before/after school programs, etc. 1.2.3. Site Logistics Plan to be submitted by Contractor based upon District’s requirements and logistics plan/phasing plan issued in the bid documents for Phasing acceptance. Site Logistics Plan, including updates throughout the Project, to be submitted to District upon request. Prior to commencement of the Work, and no later than ten (10) calendar days, Contractor shall prepare and submit to the District, a detailed Project Site Logistics Plan. Site Logistics Plan to be in the same size and scale of the Drawings, setting forth Contractor plan of the Work, including but not limited to: 1.2.3.1. In accordance with local ordinances a truck access route to and from the Project site. 1.2.3.2. The identification of any overhead wire restrictions for power, street lighting, signal, and/or cable. 1.2.3.3. Local sidewalk access and street closure requirements. 1.2.3.4. Protection of sidewalk pedestrians and vehicular traffic SUMMARY This document describes existing conditions at or near the Project and use of information available regarding existing conditions. This document is not part of the Contract Documents. See General Conditions for definition(s) of terms used herein.
