Site Directions: Asphalt paving of multiple city streets within the corporation limits of the city, including a chip seal interlayer on selected streets. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 17, 2025 The project's start date shall be no sooner than Monday, July 21, 2025 unless otherwise authorized by the City Engineer. The project's completion date shall be Friday, October 17, 2025. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $429,000.00, and this work consists of asphalt paving of multiple city streets, including a chip seal interlayer on selected streets. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary in the cost of their bid to complete the project. Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid amount, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid and to accept any Bid which is deemed by the Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.
