2025 Roadwork Projects The Work to be performed consists of 1,000 tons of leveling course, 1,950 tons of wearing course, and 3,655 linear feet of double yellow waterborne pavement markings. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry must be paid to all workers involved with this Contract Bids will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly Workshop meeting, April 15, 2025, at 7:00 pm that evening. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Robeson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
