The project will provide the Space Force with the facilities and infrastructure necessary to support the Relay Ground Station South (RGS-S) at Shriever Space Force Base. Executed as a Design-Build contract, the contractor will deliver a complete design and construct a fully usable facility, including warranty, in accordance with the Request for Proposal. The scope includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of concrete pads, antenna pedestal foundations, radome ringwalls, site utilities, backup generators, fuel tanks, pathways and cabling, and shelters. Location: Shriever Space Force Base, 25 E Breckenridge St, Colorado Springs, CO 80930. Magnitude Of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 Question Deadline 10/29/2025: Technical inquiries and questions relating to technical requirements, proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry Portal No Later Than fifteen (15) calendar days before due date of proposals, in order that they may be given consideration or actions taken prior to receipt of offers *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
