W9128F26RA012 Design and construction of facilities and infrastructure to support the Relay Ground Station South (RGS-S) located within a restricted area at Schriever Space Force Base. The contractor shall perform the project using a design-build delivery method and provide a complete, warrantied design and construction of a fully functional and usable facility in accordance with the Request for Proposal. Work includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of all required facilities and infrastructure, consisting primarily of concrete pads, antenna pedestal foundations, radome ringwalls, site utilities, backup generators, fuel tanks, pathways and cabling, and shelters. The contractor shall be responsible for delivering an integrated and operational site while complying with all security, access, and information protection requirements associated with handling Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information, including applicable cybersecurity and CMMC Level 2 (Self) compliance requirements. Magnitude: The estimated construction cost is between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000. Question deadline date changed from 06/08/2026 to 06/22/2026 as per Amendment 1
