Base Year: Notice to Proceed - April 30, 2026 Option Year 1: May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 Option Year 2: May 1, 2027 - April 30, 2028 Option Year 3: May 1, 2028 - April 30, 2029 Option Year 4: May 1, 2029 - April 30, 2030 Estimated Project Magnitude: $30,000 - $40,000 per year *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right (a) to reject any or all offers,(b) to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or (c) to accept any portion of an offer if deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs.
