Provides design-build services to support the Space Development Agency by delivering a complete and usable Relay Ground Station-South (RGS-S) within a restricted area at Schriever Space Force Base. Work includes designing, procuring, installing, and commissioning all required infrastructure, including concrete pads, antenna pedestal foundations, radome ringwalls, site utilities, pathways, cabling, backup generators, fuel tanks, and shelters necessary to support the operational mission of the RGS-S. Magnitude: The estimated construction cost is between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000. Question Deadline 10/29/2025: Technical inquiries and questions relating to technical requirements, proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry Portal No Later Than fifteen (15) calendar days before due date of proposals, in order that they may be given consideration or actions taken prior to receipt of offers *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
