Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Replace Boundary and Interior Fencing located at Bakersfield Gateway Armory, 1512 S P Street, Bakersfield, CA 93307. The Contractor shall install approximately 1,700 linear feet of new security fencing, including 9-gauge PVC-coated chain-link fabric with privacy slats, supported by Schedule 40 posts and rails, along with two pedestrian gates and four 25-foot-wide swing vehicle gates, all in compliance with UFC 4-022-03 and UFGS 32 31 13, while maintaining site security throughout construction. Bidders certified as a "Disabled Veteran's Enterprise Businesses" in accordance with Government Code 14600, 14615, 14838, California Military and Veteran's Code 999 and California Code of Regulations 1896.98 et seq. shall be granted up to five percent (5%) bid preference when a responsible non-Disabled Veteran's Enterprise Business has submitted the lowest-priced, responsive bid. C.
