Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As June12,25 the project was awarded to Minnesota Roadways Co., with an awarded amount of $726,836.01.** Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: Removals, erosion control, earthwork, storm pipe installation, asphalt paving, concrete paving, parking lot and court painting, site furniture, seeding and restoration. There is no pre-bid conference for this project. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety 2000. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
