Description of Project The rehabilitation of approximately 22,353 feet of 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21-inch diameter sanitary/combined sewer lines via cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methodology at various locations throughout the Village ("2025 Sewer Lining Phase 1" or "Work"). The loan recipient's policy requires all bidders to undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen (16) days prior to bid opening. The policy is contained in the specifications. Bidders are also required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in 41 CFR 60-4. Confidentiality Submitted bids, in their entirety, are subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act and no part of the bid will be considered confidential by the Village.
