Base Bid #1 -- Havenstrite Lane Station 0+00 to Station 15+50 - approximately 3,500 SY Bituminous Wearing Course 9.5 MM Mix, 3,500 SY Bituminous Base Course 25 MM Mix, 675 SY of Type 3 2AAggregate Shoulder and related work, Base Bid #2 -- Havenstrite Lane Station 15+50 to Station 47+90 approximately 6,500 SY Bituminous Wearing Course 9.5 MM Mix, 6,500 SY Bituminous Base Course 25 MM Mix, 1,450 SY of Type 3 2AAggregate Shoulder and related work, The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Covington Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Covington Township. Covington Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse any, any combination, or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder.
