Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cattaraugus, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope: This project will consist of production profile milling and the placement of 4" of new asphalt as indicated in the plans. New alignment and profile adjustment will be required. The drainage improvement consists of removing existing drainage, installing new drainage, and the placement of new concrete gutter. The contractor shall provide Work Zone Traffic Control for all aspects of work. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date. Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. Cattaraugus County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid.
